50 percent of total rate plus service adn taxes is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations must be made in writing directly to Nicole Kelly of Tokaini Villa Management. The following cancellations fees will be applied:
More than 60 days prior to arrival - 25 percent of the gross rental
Within 60 to 30 days prior - 50 percent of gross rental
Less than 30 days prior - 100 percent of gross rental
